There is a reason this shop has several awards hanging in the window and a 5 star Google rating! I picked up flowers for my friend’s wedding in the middle of last week, and the two ladies working were absolutely delightful. I had helped the groom plan a surprise wedding arch arrangement. Not only were the two arch pieces absolutely beautiful and paired with the bouquet flowers perfectly, but these ladies were quick to ensure that they weren’t ruining the surprise. They discretely double checked that I wasn’t the bride prior to bringing out the arrangements for viewing!

It’s a great shop, very professional but personable. And in a great central location for Banff weddings! 11/10 recommend!!

Mountaintop Flowers was our wedding planner's florist of choice and we are so incredibly glad that was the case! We sent inspiration photos for a very specific rose color combination that we wanted to recreate on our wedding day. When we arrived the day before Our event they had fresh sample roses in those exact colors for us to review, which was super helpful since I ended up getting to pick the exact shade of gradient pink as one of the colors that I had envisioned for months. The bouquets that they ended up delivering the next morning was absolutely gorgeous and picture perfect!

On top of that, Christine did a great job accommodating a rather late request to add to centerpieces that matched my bouquet, and they turned out beautifully at the reception. Huge thanks to Banff Mountaintop Flowers and the entire crew for making our floral so special for our special day!

I ordered my bridal bouquet last minute over the phone. The service over the phone was great - discussed the reference photos from their website I liked and stated I wanted simple/not vibrant colours - white, a bit of blue and eucalyptus and whatever else they thought as their portfolio and reviews were great! Was told right away what florals weren’t available but that eucalyptus was - everything sounded great as I said I didn’t know florals so it was in their hands.

I should have better inspected things at pick up but was excited and didn’t realize until later that day there was no eucalyptus in the bouquet (at least visible from the outside), a few of the flowers were already wilting and a bunch of the greenery was browning and the grass like greenery made it look like a rushed arrangement.

If I had realized earlier I would have went back to discuss but they were closed and we were having a sunrise ceremony the following day.

For $300 I would expecting things to not be wilting/browning and greenery discussed to be visible. We hardly used the bouquet because of the quality which was a let down. Overall, the service was great but the product received didn’t match the quality expected based on their portfolio or reviews.

I’m so grateful I stumbled across this shop! I was drawn in by their plant selection and ended up picking up a few clearance houseplants that needed a little extra love. The shopkeeper was incredibly helpful—answering all my questions and giving me a full care rundown for each one I bought. We had a great chat, and I even got my very first Bird of Paradise! Their pot selection is beautiful too. The level of care and how informative they were was truly impressive. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Banff!

Highly recommend this flower shop! We wandered by a couple days before eloping and decided to see if they would be able to do up a bouquet! They were amazing, more than happy to get it done for us, and it was so much fun coming up with a vision together! They did the most amazing job and I was so thankful to have flowers!

I had an excellent experience with Banff Mountain Top Flowers. I live in the UK so all communication was done by email and the team were very responaive and professional. I don't know much about flowers so it was great that I was able to tell the team my very rough vision (rustic plus my colour palette) and they responded with suggested bouquet, table settings and arch flowers. Delivery on the day was slick and the flowers lasted for weeks after the wedding itself. Would highly recommend!

I LOVED MY FLOWERS!! I came from Ontario to Banff (Moraine Lake) to elope which means I didn't get to go in, choose my flowers or see a mock up. But let me tell you, they did not disappoint!!! I sent the photo of my vision and they delivered!! They also lasted 3 additional days that we were out there and an airplane ride back to Ontario! thanks again Mountaintop flowers!
