My daughter dropped her phone and it totally took out her screen on her Apple 14 phone 📱. She lives a 4 hr drive away and happened to be coming home this Fri. So I had an appointment booked first thing at 9:30am . It was so convenient cause they are located just across from Hildebrand's where I work at . Bony was so great to work with ,he reasured me it was probably just the screen amd not the whole phone. And he was right. They only had it 2 1/2 Hrs and he called me and let me know it was ready to be picked up. It was exactly what he quoted . He was very helpful and friendly . I will highly recommend these folks to anybody that needs cell phone repairs. Tks for the amazing customer service. You get a 100% Brent.

Excellent service at store, they gave us best advice which saved us money as well as gave us latest phone with good plans. Our whole family had latest phones. We recommend them to everyone. All the team with pleasant personalities & welcoming nature, especially Mr Bonny & Mr Rahul

Absolutely brutal. Was originally promised same day repair, which changed to leave overnight. Called the next day and was told "we will call you back!" Only to never be called back. So we drove the 40 minutes to the store only to be told "Sorry, not ready today. Come back tomorrow." When asked why we were met with a complete B.S story. Dropped off on a Wednesday. Finally ready on a Friday. 80 extra minutes of driving because they couldn't be bothered to do a call back.

Not the fault of the worker at the front desk but just garbage communication from either the tech or the manager. Absolutely nothing done outside of an empty apology for all the time and gas wasted.

Service was so badly handled here I would literally rather buy a new device than get a slightly damaged one fixed here. Wanted to support local and was just met with disappointment. I couldn't recommend to avoid this place enough.

Also the price of the repair was at the top end of cost for the job required.

My daughter had screen repairs done here. The gentleman repaired her phone and discovered that something was not compatible, he went above and beyond to make sure that the proper part was ordered and repaired in a reasonable amount of time! Very nice clean location, friendly service. We will be back!

just took 2 phones in to see if they would buy them and they said they couldn't due to them being networked locked despite one being a Canadian phone and cant be locked as it was purchased after 2017, and the other we had to get unlocked as its from the states. I know as a fact that the Canadian phone takes multiple sims as i worked in cell phone sales and put numerous sims from multiple providers to ensure they were working. I have check on my own and both Freedom and Koodo sims work in the phones, so either their "technician" doesn't know what they are talking about or they are trying to scam their customers
