Firstly, I don’t understand why this place would ever get under rated.

I always make sure to share my appreciation with the volunteers, but I felt it was time to post publicly because they truly deserve recognition for their hard work, kindness, and the cleanliness of the store. I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Nu2U—sometimes as much as three times a week, which is saying something when you live out of town!

Over the past year (since the new manager arrived), I’ve noticed incredible improvements. The store is more organized, everything has its place, and the front displays are always thoughtfully arranged. It’s clear that there’s a deeper sense of care for the cause. The volunteers seem genuinely happy and motivated, which often reflects great leadership.

Shopping here is always a pleasure, and I rarely leave without spending maximum $20 on items I love. It’s the perfect spot for affordable retail therapy! If you don’t find something one day, don’t give up—95% of the time, I walk out with a handful of treasures.

Great job to everyone at Nu2U—you’re doing an amazing job! This is truly the best thrift store I’ve ever visited, and I’m a thrift traveler!

Lately I've become more and more disappointed with the thrift store. I love supporting a great cause but with how to prices have risen to unimaginable heights for things it makes me sad cause thrift stores are also meant to help those in need who can't necessarily afford stuff at full price. It seems like robbing Peter to pay Paul is the way its going and it makes me sad to see alot of thrift stores, including this one, going that way. They didn't mind spending a bunch of money on a new system to basically cut out being able to bargain and not allowing the volunteers to drop the prices for people when they see fit but they couldn't just lower the prices for people? Very sad indeed. Used to be one of my favorite thrift stores and one I came to to buy anything I needed but now, I find myself not even stopping in when I am in town sadly. Very saddened to see this happening.

A great little thrift shop, with a variety of items, it focuses on home items, and doesn't have clothing.
Unbeatable prices, and a great resource for kitchenware, furniture, and books, among other things.
Unbelievably friendly staff, always with a smile on their faces!
All of the money made here goes back into the community, which is amazing!
