Every thing was exceptional!! The Staff were among the best I have ever experienced at any hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and the slide was excellent. We had four grandchildren and they had a BLAST!!!! The Please KEEP up the great work.

The website description of our room was deceiving as stated our room had a hot tub but it’s was just a large tub with jets so that was a little disappointing, other then that the hotel overall was fairly clean, Our room was very dusty with lots of dead skin on the headboard which was not appealing, the back of the toilet was not clean as well. Definitely could’ve been better maintained as some of the things in the room we’re falling apart. Other than that, the staff was friendly bed was comfortable but definitely could have been better for the price, I’m very glad that I booked on hotels.com and got a bit of a deal as if I would’ve had to pay full price for this room I would’ve been very disappointed.

The manager of the Ramada Olds reached out to me and contacted hotels.com about the description in the room being inaccurate they got me a full refund. I will definitely give the Ramada another chance the service there was great and they went above and beyond thanks Ramada Olds!

This hotel is so great! The rooms are awesome, the breakfast is delicious, the hotel is super clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. ||||We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or fitness center but they both looked well maintained and clean. ||||We will definitely be back!

We stayed with our hockey team, the hotel and staff was so accommodating and for having multiple young kids were so patient with everyone. Rooms were a great size and clean.
Breakfast was great, lots of options for everyone to enjoy something they liked.
The breakfast room was a perfect spot to hang out.
The pool was an A+, kids had a blast.
We loved this hotel, and would stay again.

Booked this hotel for main floor suite as I was getting knee surgery at Olds hospital . Upon arrival the unkept front desk clerk was out front in smokers area hacking up a storm. I guess we interrupt her as she was not friendly, we felt as though we were not welcomed. She informed us the suite was on the second floor that they didn’t have suites on main floor. After along drive rather than leaving to find appropriate accommodation we went up to the suite that was right above the front doors where the smokers hang out. After about 10 minutes we had enough of listening to the foul language from below. I went to front desk clerk where she was even more irritated to see me ask for a different room. After shuffling papers around and looking on computer said the “apparently only other suite” was on the next level directly above the room we were first given. We went to see it but just as loud foul language. Came back down to clerk asked for anything else even a couple sing rooms. By this time she seemed visibly furious, tossing the room cards around slamming the pen holder on the top counter saying to resign. Finally after over an hour of dealing with ignorance wanted to take in a steam and exercise in the pool. To see an out of order on the steam room, the pool in sad shape with green algae growing, toxicity that has high chance of bad health sicknesses. When booking a hotel that has amenities listed. that are not in service or in unusable condition are misleading.

We have been following up since March 10th to reverse the hold on my card since everything was already paid for. Hotel staff said it will be taken care of but I still see the charges on my card. I called again and informed the receptionist today about the situation and conveyed my disappointment only to be yelled at. At one point he said ‘do you want me to reverse the charges or not.’ Later he apologized but it sounded hollow. What should I do to get my charges reversed?

We went for a ball tournament. The hotel is standard rooms but the breakfast was really good (lots of options and a different hot option each day and a pancake machine that the kids LOVED). The pool is really really good. Decent size and lots of tables and chairs for parents to sit at while supervising. The kids loved the slide and the pool. It has a steam room and a hot tub too.
