Just had our Explornet equipment installed by R&R. I am extremely impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction, In particular the employee who installed our service. He worked diligently from start to finish, performing by himself what should have been a 2 person job, taking little or no time for breaks, to provide us with the best price/service. Very friendly, knowledgeable and informative.

Amazing service, always going above and beyond.

Less then a week after a huge storm wipes out a lot of Ottawa and the guys are already here repairing my tower and getting me back up before I even have Hydro back.

This is the only company I will use and refer others too.

Couldn't be happier with their service. Xplornet originally subbed out our internet install to a company called Digital Connect who was the worst company I have ever dealt with. They missed three install appointments over the course of a week with no notice to us for each. Anyway, upon following up with Xplornet on the day of the last missed appointment, they called R&R and Robert got in touch with us in a matter of minutes. He had two of his techs come out before the end of the day to do the install. Robert and the techs were all extremely pleasant to work with and very informative throughout the install! Thank you R&R!!!

Robert and his team were consummate professionals. As a Realtor in the area I NEED internet and after years of expensive Rogers data service ....
