I took my 2021 Lenovo laptop to Dan as it wasn't charging and he took the back off right away, asked him to come back in 20 min, diagnosed the problem, (damaged charging port) showed me how to use another charging port on the laptop, which fixed the issue, and sent me on my merry way. I am now a very happy camper AND he didn't charge me a penny. He did point out that several of my keys are worn through, which shows just how much I use the durn thing. What great customer service, the world needs more Dans!

Dan was very professional when I took a laptop with boot issues to him. He took the time to quickly take the back off for an initial assessment and to look at the hard drive. When I later picked the computer up, he told me that finding a new hard drive might be a challenge because of the age of the computer. He gave me a choice of ordering a replacement hard drive or using the money to update. He didn't charge a penny to do that. I would definitely recommend his services.

A law firm I used to work for had tried other computer experts over time with less than great results, but when they hired Dan, we knew we had finally found an "expert". He looked after all the computers in that firm for the years I was there and possibly still does, I don't know as I am now retired, but I have continued to call on him whenever I have a problem. He has always been very helpful, knowledgeable and fair. Highly recommend him.

Would definetly come here for any computer needs, great guy and nice little shop. He fixed a problem that was really difficult, so I would say he is definitely a professional. Got my PC up and running within the day and didn't charge me very much either
