Jason took the time to explain the issues I had with an older laptop and gave me several options to move forward. He told me about what was available for me at his shop and offered some pros and cons to each while questioning me about my own needs. In the end I was able to get back onto the computer with a minimal delay and at what I thought was a reasonable cost. I appreciated his honest approach and will have no hesitation to contact him with any problems I have relating to the computer issues I encounter and don't understand.

I accidentally deleted my first post where I praised Jason for his excellent service.
So, a year later he has again provided me with another top-rated service experience on another pc. He is very detailed in making sure that I understand the issues and the options. The fact that I have a rudimentary level of pc technical knowledge helps to some extent, I suppose.
I completely trust his judgement and his expertise.
Definitely my go-to guy for this technology.
