I visited Majestik while visiting the mall in lindsay. My needs for a phone case for my Samsung Galaxy S23 FE had gone on long enough.
A very brief conversation with the store. The clerk led me to the perfect phone case. I am very happy with my purchase. I still use it. I'm able to hang it around my neck. Due to the fact, it had the perfect metal loop in which to suspend it.
Keep up the great work, Majestic!!!

I have had a deteriorating problem to charge my Samsung phone, an old Galaxy 9. I saw Majestic on the internet and went in. Wow there was a build up of lint or stuff in my charger hole which the magical Majestic man cleaned out no charge and my old phone charges nicely again.
By the way there is a nice movie called "The Majestic" about 2001 with Jim Carey. I thought it was gem too.

I used to really like this place. I’m hard on phones. I understand that(hence my long service history) but I recently had an iPhone X and 12 pro get new screens at the same time. The 12 broke within 24 hours leaving me awfully suspicious. They replaced it at the fist of the part. Ok fair enough. We attached a heavy case and a screen protector. Not 2 weeks later this screen is broken. Around the sand time my X screen breaks. I dropped several hundred but not a fortune. Reasonable prices had the replacement screens not been garbage. I can’t pay pay for parts every two weeks. This place isn’t what it used to be. Forget it. Invest in a proper repair from an authorized provider. To be fair I haven’t called to give them a chance for the second iPhone 12 screen/first iPhone X screen. The interaction I had originally regarding “warranty repair” and the 3 days it took to get it back left a sour taste. It used to be hours and decent replacement parts. Now it’s days and delicate, cheap, garbage parts. Sorry team over there but it’s the truth.

This place used to be better. Quick repair, decent price, fine parts, great people. Now it’s more…just good people. 2 phone screens done iPhoneX and 12 pro. Because the broke in a couple days. One red repaired at cost of parts. Phone say’s something like “cheap, garbage parts found. This repair sucks and will break” or something like that. Save your $ and get it done right.

Went there to get my cellphone repaired. It needed a new battery and screen. The staff said it would be 3 to 4 days(it was Tuesday so Friday or Monday). I figured a few days would be acceptable so I left a deposit.
The best week comes and I haven't heard from them so I went in on the Thursday (at this point it's been more than a week). The staff said the battery was fixed but still waiting on the screen. I said I didn't need the screen fixed and I wanted it returned. He said it would be ready tomorrow or Monday).
I went in yesterday (Monday) and it's still in pieces in their office. The staff said I couldn't take it.
They should have been upfront about how long it would take.
It's been two weeks and I needed a cell and I was stupid and I bought a cell from them.

The sign stating no refunds only exchanges should have been a red flag !!! I'm going to blame my poor decision on frustration. I bought the cheapest one Samsung ao3 s for $279 plus tax. Got to the car and opened it and there was no charging cord or a getting started book. Took it back and the staff gave me a cord but didn't seem to care. Kept saying it was unopened box but it clearly has been opened and then they put red tape on to make it look unopened. Very shady business.

Went online this morning and found Staples has the same phone with a refund if needed for $169....more than $100 cheaper!!

I would suggest people go elsewhere
