Nice and clean store, plenty of parking. Water prices have doubled like everything else over the past 2 years. 1 jug of regular ol water is over $4. There's cheaper competitors around if you look. It's a convenient location for me. They also carry hot tubs and chemicals plus a bunch of other water related products. Salt and softeners.

The store is clean and more organized than it was before Brenda started working there. She has a super personality and always willing to help. Great service and lots of knowledge about products. It is a pleasure to go there.

All of the staff are always friendly and willing to help. They put in the effort to get to know our family and inform us when there are fun things happening for the kids. The store is clean and organized. When we needed a water softener Kevin came to our home to inspect our current system, test our water and make recommendations. He was prompt in following up and we had a new water softener installed very quickly by the service team. I don't have a single complaint about this store.

I have been coming to the water depot for a few years now. It’s become a part of my schedule, and a part of that schedule that I genuinely enjoy. I don’t love it just because it’s much cheaper than a convenience store, or because filling up my jugs of water is such a fun experience, but the staff is absolutely incredible! Today Brenda gave me the quickest and most convenient experience I’ve had after so many other wonderful experiences with their incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff! If you need delicious tasting water, this is the place for you!

The staff was very helpful. They understood my problem, gave really solid advice regarding purchase of a new filter for my "WholeHouse" Rainfresh housing, and tips regarding removal/install of new filters " that "they, the Rainfresh canister manufacturer" don't tell you about. The rep also made note of my purchase and contact info so that they will know what was sold to me if the micron filtration rate of my well is higher or lower than the specs for the purchased filter so that they will be able to adjust future purchases according, if required. Good for their business but more importantly, good for me as well.

We always get our water here. Brenda is always super helpful and knowledgeable. With an aging father I’m grateful that she always offers to carry out the bottles; it’s comforting to know that if I don’t go, someone is there ready to assist him.
