Cleaning once a week. The windows have never been washed. The room is old and needs repair. The heater is very loud.

I gve them no stars .had room 116 people. During the day nov 15th 2024, I got a room for 2 nights. Turned up heat during the day, came back late.nice n hot in room checked the bed covers sheets in a discoloration, lifted up the box spring n 2 big bed bugs came running out from thier.they hate heat. Me n wife got out thier,even one of them managers seen them. Tried to gve us another room but said NO! N still kehewin gves people in our nation them rooms to stay.not right.

We checked in for up to a three day stay at centre suits motel in Bonnyvill Alberta as we were evacuated because of a wildfire in Fort Mcmurray on May 14 we stayed only one night and they charged us three nights. I called the property three times for a refund of two night. The owner just keeps saying yes yes yes. I have not heard anything from them so far. We would never stay there again. Be advised.

Well for starters, the bed frame is too big for the box spring and we had to put a 6x6 under the bed so it stayed level. The blanket smelled like stale laundry that had sat in a musty washing machine for way too long. The surfaces of the nightstands and desk were NOT washed so I did it myself and the cloth peeled the cheap paint. They didn’t come to clean the room at all even though I had the sign out for maid services. The whole room needs to be repainted so you can’t see the plaster marks from filling holes.

First of all, this place is a lot better than the reviews which makes you think some sort of monster is going to bite your legs from under the bed. I was told about Centre Suites from a friend in Edmonton and was pleased on arrival that it was nothing like a couple of reviews I read which had me nervous. On arrival into my room I was greeted by the scent of cleanliness. You could tell by looking at the shimmer on the shower walls it was well cleaned. As a bit of a clean freak I can tell this. I have a pretty expensive bed at home but this one is awesome. I slept like a baby (the kind that actually sleeps through the night). You do hear some outside noise but being a small town not much really. The breakfast they offer is definitely better than a continental which means I didn't have to eat anywhere else before my client meeting. The staff is so friendly despite my demagnetizing my hotel card 5 times with my cell in range (whoops). I would totally stay here again. There is some general aesthetic things around that show the place's age but if you aren't worried about superficial this place is a hidden gem especially price wise.
