We stopped in for showers and a pool during our vacation travelling around Alberta. The staff made everything easy and welcoming, from the check-in to the morning breakfast, everyone was kind and willing to help!

The pool and slide were very clean and great fun for the kids. Only wished there was a hot tub.
The restaurant on site was serviced well, food was great, drinks were well made.

I’m sorry that I didn’t get staff members names because they were so kind, friendly and helpful. The pool and waterslide are in great shape. The breakfast was very good as well, definitely above what was expected. This facility is very clean, well located, and I look forward to staying here again. I highly recommend it!

What a pleasant surprise! From the moment I arrived I was impressed. The staff here are all wonderful. They treat you like family! The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need for your stay. Having a drink at the bar downstairs was always fun and the prices are reasonable. I will only stay here when I come to Bonnyville.

This is the second time we've stayed here and it's the perfect hotel with all of the amenities. The beds are very comfortable. The pool and waterside are perfect for our son to play, and the complimentary breakfast is one of the best we have had. The waffle maker was a hit with everyone. The hotel also has a great room service and lounge menu as well. It is also very close to other restaurants in the area.
It's impressive to see forward-thinking hotels that have installed Electric Vehicle charging. Thank you so much for this! One of the chargers works but the other does need repair. I hope it's fixed soon.
We plan to stay here again next year.

Room was extremely clean, comfortable bed, awesome linen and pillows. The staff’s friendliness and professionalism was a breath of fresh air they made you feel like you were at home. Every day there was water and homemade cookies at the front desk. Breakfast was also very good. Really there is nothing negative about this place.

This was my second stay at this location. Most recently I stayed with my teenage son while attending a hockey camp for the Pontiacs from April 4-7. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great every morning. We had packed food from home to save on $$ eating out while in Bonnyville, but discovered on Saturday mid day that our fridge was not working and all our food was spoiled and some ice cream we purchased had melted. As we passed by the front desk to go get lunch from a restaurant instead of eating our spoiled heat-ups, we let the front desk know. The staff member was very apologetic. When we returned to our room, there was a nice handwritten note from the staff, the fridge was getting cold, and we had free snacks, fresh fruit, bottled waters and a $25 dollar gift card. Excellent response to an event that wasn't really anyone's fault. 5 STARS!! I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for an extended time, with pets and the staff was very accommodating and super friendly!
The food you can get from the lounge is pretty good, the specials are great and the atmosphere is friendly.
The building is clean and you can see the staff take pride in what they do.
We will recommend the hotel to anyone we know that is coming through Bonnyville.
