We took our own plans to Jade Homes and left it with them to engineer our home. They did an excellent job on taking our rough sketch and making it into a reality. We were on a time line for getting our new home built and delivered and the house arrived a couple days earlier than the deadline. The craftsmanship in and on the house is second to none and we would recommend a Jade Home to anyone! We had looked at other RTM homes and checked out pricing but none seemed up to the quality of a "Jade Home". Their team that came out to assure that our home was up to our satisfaction - was very professional and had great work ethics. We are totally satisfied with our new home and would recommend anyone building to definitely check out Jade Homes!

We are so very happy with our decision to purchase a Jade Home. Great people- from ownership, to sales, admin, construction crew, accounting, to follow up service and all others! Everyone was great to deal with. Including the crew that managed the delivery!! And our house is phenomenal! We purchased a show home and absolutely love it! We modified the pantry a tiny bit on the show home and they completed the reno on their site before delivery and it was seamless. Very happy with it all. My wife and I are in the process of finishing our build with Jade Homes and we are absolutely thrilled with the customer service, quality and honesty of the entire experience.

Building a custom new home is a scary and expensive endeavour and all of the members of Jade Homes have been very supportive in guiding us through the steps and coming up with thoughtful compromises that fit our vision.

We had left a previous undesirable experience and had reservations about building an RTM style house. All you have to do is walk through the door and the product speaks for itself.

We are 7 weeks out from our delivery, we couldn't ask for a better Christmas present and have complete confidence in the Jade Home and Hiebert Group Team.

We're currently having a home built by Jade, and cannot say enough good things about them! Matt has been amazing to deal with, and is communicative and prompt in answering any of our questions, as well as being really clear around timelines and expectations. We just did a walkthrough post-framing, and everything is built with the highest standard of care, and all of the staff around are friendly and helpful in answering any questions. Not finished yet, but so far if there were 6 stars that's what I'd rate them!

We got our Jade Home built last year, delivered in November and moved in in February. From initial meetings and planning remotely, Jade homes and their associates made the process as seamless as possible. Jade Homes staff assisted us all the way from blueprints to design choices. Any questions or concerns we had throughout the build were answered immediately. They sent updates and pictures each week while building was taking place. A ready to move home seems like a scary undertaking but Jade was exceptional at helping us understand the moving process. Any deficiencies after the move were quickly taken care of.
When we were initially planning and looking into purchasing a Ready to move home, we had a few options we were looking at, but nothing came close to Jade Homes. We are so happy we decided to go with Jade, and love our new home.
