We asked Source Onsite Solutions for help upgrading our hardware and software, and ensuring we were backing up our data properly. Shawne helped us update everything necessary, and came back multiple times until it was right. We may or may not even have security footage of him shoveling our walkway when we were hit with a surprise snowfall.
