The Alberta Conservation Association has Joel from SysGen as our Technician. He is knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and prompt. It's an added bonus to have him on site for those working in the Sherwood Park Office. Joel is great to work with and appears well equipped and supported by the SysGen team when trouble shooting issues or implementing new workflows and software.

Sysgen Solutions Group has been taking care of my company's computer systems and networking for over six years. In that time they have never failed me. They have brought my systems up to date, maintained them professionally and efficiently and in particular provided us with Joel Skidnuk, who took over the day to day maintenance and he acts as our "go to guy" for all our IT needs. He has been exceptional. He brings good service and good humor (which you need when you are cursing your laptop) and makes sure he never looks down at you even when you sheepishly smile and say "I might have tried to fix it myself". Since we are an accounting firm and require the highest security and can't wait for "down time" I couldn't imagine if they weren't there for us like they have been all these years.
All in all we at QMAI recommend Sysgen Solutions Group as your choice for computer and IT services.

Joel is our IT person and he does a wonderful job. He responds and resolves technical issues quickly, he's accessible, and explains the problem and solution to the technical issue in a way that makes sense to less techy people. Overall, great experience.

I'm not a techy so have come to appreciate the professional understanding and patience our personal Sysgen folks have exhibited in putting into the vernacular what and why they are doing what they do. Specifically, I have personally appreciated the quarterly reviews which provide our Executive Board with real-time oversight and ongoing evaluation of our overall IT security program. Sysgen also quarterbacked our recent voice and email migration and the transition was seamless, on time and budget. They allow me more piece of mind in a world in which this is a diminishing commodity. Keep up the great work!
