Staff were friendly and welcoming. Very pleasant to deal with. Room was nice especially to have a full sized fridge. Downfall would be the disrepair the building itself is in. Woke up in the morning and turned on the bathroom light to see silverfish crawling across the bathroom floor. These things are a infestation that NEEDS to be dealt with. Almost as bad as bed bugs.

Best Budget Motel in Grand Forks! Comfy beds, quiet A/C, nice TV, fridge, coffee, clean bathroom, soft toilet paper. 😁 Yes the towels or sheets might have a stain or two. They are clean though. Very friendly staff. Family run business. Sometimes they aren't in the office. Just call mobile and come back in a bit. Nice people. Excellent deal for the price. Will stay again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Cheap, clean and good enough for one night while on the road. The woman in the office was very nice and checked on us later to make sure the room was okay. We felt comfortable and safe in the area. Grocery, gas and liquor stores are nearby.

Arrived at a cold room, which it took the AC around 3 hours to heat up, luckily brought our own duvet. Fire alarm went of during the night, notified the motel lady who barely spoke english and to be honest she probably still don't know why I complained. Oh yeah it was pretty disgusting as well. All in all, can only be recommended if you just need a roof over your head - but it should be way cheaper than it was.

Arrived at a outrageous cold room. Had to keep jacket and beanie on for a long time, since the only heat source was the AC, which was very noisy. Fortunately we brought our own duvet, which opposit the blanket made it possible for us to fall asleep. Once we fell asleep the fire alarm went off. The motel lady told us to take the batteries out of the fire alarm to avoid that again. We managed to get through the night with the AC waking us up from time to time by starting up again and again. The bathroom never got warm. Other than that a bit dirty sheets and the internet connection was messing with us.

Rooms full of cobwebs, sheets covered in stains. Two guys at front desk were super friendly, but rooms not up to par. Found several spider webs with multiple spiders in them in nearly every corner of the room.

When we drove up, we thought, oh jeeze, this is not good. Outward apperances are not great for sure! But this was the best place ever!!!! We stayed 3 nites , for an event in grand forks. The beds were so comfortable , as were the pillows!!! The fella managing the place was sooo nice!! So kind and smiley! Did he tidy the room, nope. We didnt need him to make our bed!!! He popped by regularly to see if we needed anything! Brought us anything we needed! Not even going to look for another place to stay next year ! This place was great for our needs!! Thanks we had a great time! Going to share this on trip advisor for sure!!!

Nice people, but poorly maintained rooms. Heater control didn't work, hole in the shower, found a cigarette butt on the floor in a non-smoking room. My friend in the room next door had mold on the bathroom wall.
