Brad and staff are always super helpful when it comes to everything bikes! But they also carry some hot tub and pool supplies so thats an added bonus ! One less thing to travel down the valley for.

Was camping in hope and my kids damaged the wheel of he's bike at pump track so we Decided to go to the bike shop.think it was going be over price but to my surprise it was not owner I think I dealt with was supper nice and helpfull

Brad went out of his way to help out a broken down scout leader (me) on a recent bike trip I led our troop on. Knowledgable, personable, and kind - the best customer service experience I have had in a long, long time. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. The biking community of Hope is lucky to have this caliber of business in their town.

I called Brad and he told me that he wouldn't be able to look at my bike for 2-3 weeks as he's so busy, but he told me to bring my bike wheel in to take a quick look at. Upon inspection, he informed me that he needed to order some parts, but because of COVID, they could take a month or two to arrive. He went on his computer to see if he could find any parts that may arrive sooner, but it didn't look hopeful. So, he suggested that he could put on a used part to carry me over until the new part arrived, so I could use my bike in the interim! This kind of customer service is unheard of and I was very impressed. I highly recommend Sixth Avenue Sports and, since we're now a part of this community, they'll be seeing a lot of us in the future. 🙂

I was here 3 years ago, and needed a quick fix on a touring bike. Unbeknowst to me, my bike had a 10-speed shifter and a nine-speed cassette. And I had to get started that next morning. They stayed late that day to fix the problem. I'm writing this 3 years after the fact only cuz I forgot, but I owe it to them to write this, albeit belatedly. These people are great.
