For what I paid didn’t give me much time. I normally can wash my car with $5.00-$6:00 but this time costed me 10.00. I tried the credit card payment bay and no water came out. I was charged 3:00 which is not end of the world but owner said I would not be charged. Well my 10:00 wash became 13:00.

This business is changing to a Mr Lube. Have never been a customer but had a couple employees yell at me as I walked by. Early one morning as I walked in the alley the White guy opening the door was telling lies about me to the town worker fixing a problem in the parking lot the town worker was having none of it and asked to see the video. A Indo guy there loudly yelled I was not allowed to hang at the car wash been in this town 10 months never seen anyone hanging at the car wash. Did see a Hell’s Angel guy CNN-4781 AB plates White guy under 40 diesel pump in truck bed in the back parking lot he made sure to get my attention by driving around the block once and then going back and forth in the alley. This lube shop suddenly had a yellow fence put around it and the worker on site from Converse Construction which has a 81 in its phone number told me they were changing it to a Mr Lube. The Hope Standard says the owner opposes the development of the empty lot next to his car wash. I can see why the place gets bad reviews for customer service. This town has a number of sketchy businesses. This vehicle parked there note the HA in the plate still marked Mobil 1 despite the name change to Mr Lube.

Absolutely a waste of time did not clean the car in fact made is worse with soap and wax dry in, had to go to Junction Car wash at Agassiz and start all over again it took a lot of cleaning to get that gunk off.

The guys there were completely professional and courteous. Got an oil change, wiper blades, and in cabin filter all for $163. I'm very happy with the price. They explained everything as they went along. Was in and out pretty quickly. Would recommend for sure to others

Huge thank you to Pat, Shawn, Patty & Case at this shop! I stopped in for a quick oil change on my way to Vancouver from the Okanagan and received exceptional service and more. They went above and beyond when they noticed that one of my tires was dangerously tread bare. They strongly recommended changing it before continuing my journey and kindly offered their parking area for me to do so.

As I was about to change the tire myself, they surprised me by coming out and handling it themselves. It's rare to find such kindness these days, and I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks to them, my faith in humanity is at an all-time high.

Thank you once again, Pat, Shawn, Patty & Case, for your outstanding service and for restoring my faith in people. Highly recommend this shop for their exceptional customer care and genuine concern for safety.

I had an issue with my car Friday late afternoon of a long weekend (less than ideal time) and I made my way over to Mobil1. They were friendly, helpful and I was back on the road in minutes. I was in a position where I could have easily been exploited but these guys helped me out and sent me on my way. I wish I lived closer and could use them more often.

These guys are very nice and helpful. We got our oil change light triggered on our way to Lytton even though we changed the oil 2 weeks prior in Vancouver. They were helpful and fixed the oil light and topped the oil for us free of charge.... Thank you so much!

I been going there since i got my van.
Only couple times but last time i went was in september 2023.
I drove around in my small little town (Hope. Bc)
For 5 minutes then went home.
Next day i start my van to go to get coffee and the van had a weird jumpy issue and i started to get white smoke coming throught my exaust pipe..
So i left it as is until yesterday to save up for a mecanic.
Lucky me i have a mecanic that works at one of the shops in town that lives accross the street from me.
He hooked up his computer and seen a code.
He decides to check my oil and sais i have double the amount. !?!
So i went to the mobil 1 lube express where i get it done usually to let the owner know about it so it doesnt happen to anyone else and he cursed me and told me to leave his store..
Please if you go there make sure they change your filter and drains your old oil and not to add new oil ontop of the old.
My filter not changed and my oil was only added too
It screwed up my engine.
So sad he couldnt be more professional
About it and atleast say ok im sorry and i will look into it or something else then just tell me to leave and calling me a liar.
Well my km from there to my house doesnt lie.
