Super friendly and personable little deli. When I was in there it looks Mama Sharon was making the food and her son was taking the order and was very helpful. Just like what you'd imagine going in and getting lunch from your mom would be like except there's a menu!

We visited this bar last year. The food was excellent (the Rambo Breakfast was the best of), the service was very pleasant, the atmosphere and equipment of this bar is older but very nice, we liked it very much. If I could give more stars, I would give 10 stars!!! If we visit Hope again, we will eat here again. Tom, Pavlina and Kristyna from Czech Republic.

Ordered a sandwich which was so disappointing. Bread is not toasted, 2 slices of tomato, saddest piece of lettuce. Was really exciting to find a local owned deli to try and i regret it

Thank you for your response. I understand your desire to make things right, and I appreciate you taking the time to reply.

That said, I believe a customer’s experience should reflect the care and quality an independent establishment is known for—especially when it comes to something as simple yet telling as a sandwich. I was disappointed with what I received, not because I expected anything extravagant, but because I was hoping for something that felt made with pride and intention.

In my opinion, the sandwich lacked the freshness and quality I associate with a locally owned deli. The ingredients and preparation felt no different than something I could have assembled from grocery store ingredients. I was especially let down that several of the toppings I ordered were missing (cucumber, onion), and the bread wasn’t toasted or enhanced in any way. These small touches really make a difference, and they’re typically standard in deli-style sandwiches elsewhere.

I ended up giving the sandwich away and going to Subway instead, which felt like settling, considering I had sought out your shop specifically for a better experience.

Please don’t take this as an attack—my intention is purely to provide honest feedback that might help you improve the experience for future customers. I would be open to discussing this further if you’d like.

I am so happy to finally eat at Sharon's Deli! We drive through Hope and I always wanted to eat here! You feel super welcomed the moment you walk in, the entire staff are so friendly! My husband and I had the most delicious Beef Donair, all the ingredients were so fresh and delicious! They also had deserts and milkshakes I couldn't resist. We tried the chocolate cake, banana bread and a strawberry milkshake for the road and I'm glad we did, everything was super yummy and didn't disappoint!

Hope is not a hot spot of culinary delights. Sharon’s Deli is located on the main downtown strip in Hope. It is easy to find and near some great gift shops to get Rambo knock knacks. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Service was great.

Rambo would be proud! Sharon’s Deli was recommended to us by some of the local folks and did not disappoint. Food was fresh and delicious. Had the homemade soup and Turkey Club and Montreal Smoked Meat sandwich. They melted. So tasty! Highly recommend this outstanding eatery.

My wife and I went for a day trip from Vancouver.
Very kind and hospitality and atmosphere was great.
The Food was excellent and exceptional amount of home style. Which you rarely see now adays.
All at a more than fair price.
If your ever there I 💯 recommend.
