I originally purchased Stamp Manage 2023. I upgraded to the 2025 version but was unable to import the info I already entered w/ the 2023 edition once I did the update. I contacted Liberty Street and did not hear from them for weeks. I did research on my own and finally found someone (not from Liberty Street) who offered a solution. Fortunately, I had updated the software on my desktop, but not on my laptop so I was able to take the most recent backup from my laptop and run it on my desktop. While I was able to restore all the data in this way, the 2025 software did not contain any images. I have exited and restarted the program numerous times to no avail. I tried to the restore feature and I lost all of my data on my desktop. For those of you have worked to enter your collections in this software - you understand how much valuable time I have lost (I had entered over 1980 items). Not only was this upgrade a waste of money, customer service has been almost nil. Thank God my laptop still has the 2023 edition on it and is accessible. My advice if you are looking for a program to record your collections, stay away from this company and product.

I love this program. I have tried to keep up with getting an update every year and the people at Liberty Street have really taken care of me. If you collect stamps or coins; (as I do both), the program from Liberty Street for each collection really does the job for managing your collection as well as grading and cataloging your collection! Not only do they have programs for stamp and coin collecting they also have software for managing your household inventory like fine jewelry, home electronics, etc. Programs for managing, grading, and valuing, paper money in addition to managing your coin collection. All I can say is thank y'all for putting out software that is really useful like the software that you put out. I really have not a bad thing to say about Liberty Street and I would recommend their software for any of your cataloging needs or collecting management!

I have been using Home Manage for several years now. This product is feature rich, having extensive reporting, search, and more fields than you can imagine. I do product review for several companies and I use HM to store all that information. And, of course, I store all our belongings for personal and insurance purposes. There are many, many prepared reports, and you can use the report designer to build your own. The bar code reader and the Amazon ASIN lookup save me so much time. You can't beat the price for all that you get. Support is pretty good too.

This review is about support and not the product itself. I had an issue with installing/upgrading to the 2025 version of Coin Manage. I contacted their support and the issue was quickly resolved.

Paul did everything he could to assist me and understood to my issue. He provided detailed instructions on how to resolve the issue. He is a good customer support person. They stand behind their product and can be relied upon.

I have purchased CoinManage software for the last 6 years and have been extremely satisfied. The 2025 version, not so much. Updating from the 2024 version all my pictures were deleted, I have had to take over 400 pictures and update version 2025. I do not know if I will purchase the 2026 version.

I've been using Liberty Street for about 4 years and this is an outstanding database for use by any level collector. Easy to get around in the program and annual updates are available. Regardless of whether you have a very small coin collection or enjoy dealing coins on a much larger scale, this is the software to manage your investment.
