Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this company was deeply frustrating and disappointing. I was promised a risk-free 6-month trial with a clear guarantee: if I didn’t see results within that time, I would receive a full refund of the membership fee. That promise was a major reason I decided to give them a chance.

Unfortunately, not only did I see no meaningful results, but when I reached out to cancel my membership and request the refund, I was met with excuses, delays, and complete avoidance. They suddenly changed their tone and came up with all kinds of justifications to avoid honoring their original promise — despite the fact that I had clear answers and supporting information for every concern they raised.

What’s worse is that they made no genuine effort to resolve the matter. My inquiries were ignored, and it became obvious that they were more interested in keeping my money than standing by their word or providing good service.

This entire experience felt misleading and unfair. I gave them a fair chance, kept my end of the agreement, and was treated with disrespect and indifference when it mattered most.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be cautious — they do not honor their commitments, and their customer service is severely lacking once you start asking the tough (but justified) questions.

At the time I am writing this review, Agent Locator has 467 reviews and a 4.8/5 rating. Obviously their service is good. I was not hesitant when choosing Agent Locator based on everything I have heard and the reviews online. I've been working with them for just a few weeks and I can already say that this is the perfect system for Realtors. The CRM is very easy to use, many different ways to automate things. Also, there is a tutorial video on just about any question you have, which is amazing. Their support team responds within 24 hours. Everything is great so far.

Beware of this company! Their sales staff offers nothing but "FALSE PROMISES & FAKE GUARANTEES." Their website's poor SEO will never let you rank organically on Google, so you are left with no option but to run expensive paid ads on Google, which sucks because even with paid ad campaigns, they never share reports on cost per lead, and their lead quality is not better than other marketing agencies selling these templated landing pages! They charge a premium price for their custom websites, where they would not customize anything for you. After reading this review, if you still want to give them a try, I suggest picking their monthly plan and never paying in advance for the whole year, which is a mistake I committed - so lose your setup fee (which they never refund in inspite of their guarantee) and a few months of subscription!

I am extremely happy with the service I’ve received from agent locator. Anything questions I’ve had have always been answered promptly! Their customer service is head and shoulders above anyone else! I’m happy with my website and the leads I’ve been getting. Out of the blue, my trainer even emailed me with tips on how I can make better use of the backend. Keep doing an outstanding job.
