I was recently a student at BizTech College, in the DMS program and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. Coming from a non-medical background, I found the pace of learning overwhelming, with little to no academic support. There were no accessible tutors, review materials, or extra help offered outside of class, which made it extremely hard for me to grasp the content.

Despite putting in significant effort, I failed almost every test, which left me feeling defeated and questioning my abilities. At one point, I genuinely wondered if I had a learning disability. The lack of support made the experience feel isolating and discouraging.

Diversity was also a major issue. The school is only primarily one demographic, including the professors, and honestly as a Black student I often felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. One professor in particular, Professor Zabar, was extremely dismissive and passive-aggressive toward the Black students, while being noticeably more patient and kind with white and South Asian students. Every attempt I made to seek help from him was met with frustration or dismissal. I did enjoy my other two professors, they were kind.

What initially drew me to BizTech was my strong passion for becoming a sonographer. At the time, it was one of the few schools that accepted students without a medical background, and I was eager and motivated to break into the healthcare field. I was so excited for the opportunity and getting accepted onto med school. However unfortunately, the reality didn’t match the expectation. I obviously failed and dropped out from BizTech. I completely defeated.

However after doing some research and creating a new roadmap for myself, I applied to Sheridan College, the difference was night and day. Sheridan offered tutoring, study programs, test review worksheets and genuine support systems that helped me thrive. I now have a B average and feel confident in my academic abilities.

It’s also important to note that this school has faced some accreditation issues so I strongly recommend doing research before applying. The institution is located in an industrial building, which doesn’t resemble a traditional college campus. Don’t feel pressured to apply—take the time to explore all your options and make an informed decision.

My advice: do your research. Medical school is not easy but with the right enviroment and proper tools you will succeed. For me, BizTech was not the right fit. The lack of support, transparency and diversity made it an toxic environment to succeed in. Also Sheridan college now offers a sonographer, MRI and cardiac program for anyone who is interested.

I enrolled for the cloud engineer diploma program at Biztech college for 2024-2025 period. The instructors and staff were very nice and professional throughout my study period. I gained a lot of knowledge about the program and I recommend them for anyone interested in taking the same program.

I’m currently enrolled in the **Cloud Engineering Advanced Diploma** at BizTech College, As far as I know, this is the only college in Canada offering a fully online, dedicated cloud-engineering program, and it shows—they’ve really perfected the format.

If you’re serious about a career in cloud engineering and want an **advanced diploma you can earn entirely online**, BizTech College is the place to be. I’m proud to be a student here and can’t wait to put these skills to work!

I am a student of the Medical Laboratory Assistant/Technician (MLA/T) program at BizTech College, and my experience has been exceptional. The program is well-structured, combining hands-on training with in-depth theoretical knowledge, preparing students to excel in the healthcare field.

A special highlight of my time here has been Miss Intesar. Her teaching style is outstanding she explains concepts clearly, makes learning enjoyable, and is always available to support her students. Her dedication and encouragement have made a huge difference in my learning journey.

I am a student of Medical Lab Technician/ Assistant at Biztech College. During my study I received much support from faculties especially from Miss Intesar. I wouldn’t have been confident if professor like Miss Intesar never met. I always admire her now and in future too. She is so helpful and her teaching methods is very nice i can easily understand everything also if i ask questions more than one time she explains very well with her smiling face. The management department also helpful. Honestly, I would like to thank you to Biztech college as it allows me to study my dream career course.

I am very happy that I chose BizTech to study Sonography at. Instructors were phenomenal and they actually care about your progress. They took the time to properly explain the subject as well as offer extra time out of class if you need it. Do not go here. Do not take their sonography programs. They only have accredited with condition, if you're lucky. And they lost the accreditation during my program.

My class and another got screwed over by them. Our class was done 10 months of a program and only had a 3 month placement left. The accredited with condition program lost its accreditation and all our work was for nothing.

Even 2 weeks prior to losing accreditation we had a meeting with the president of the school Harpal and he said there was a 95% chance they would maintain their accreditation.

Don't waste your time and money here.
