Chris is a superstar. The high positive rating truly reflects the great service they provide. I had my pixel 8 screen replacement done at the square one location due the infamous green screen and right after having it serviced, my battery started having issues. The staff at square one completely denied any accountability even though the battery issue started occurring right after the screen replacement. So I brought my phone to these guys and I was able to talk to Chris. He was very helpful, professional and really pleasant to talk to. Chris was able to guide me through the possible causes for the problem and provided the help that I needed. This is the best place to go to for anything phone related.

UPDATE:

So it turned out the problem was way worse than a simple battery replacement. The motherboard was damaged! But these guys handled the situation professionally and efficiently and now my phone is working like it's brand new. Truly nothing but good things to say about the team at this store. I'd give more stars if I could.

I was genuinely impressed by how fast and efficient their service was. I brought in my Pixel 8 to replace the screen due to a green vertical line shown up, and the moment I walked in, Aman at the front desk confidently told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. True to his word, the repair was completed right on time. I’ll definitely be returning for any future phone issues and highly recommend others give them a visit.

This 5 star review was easy to give. Chris helped me out over the phone and in store, and was professional, friendly, understanding, and efficient. He did more than what was asked and now I have a perfectly returned phone. I have been to another Mobile Klinik location and was not impressed. This location is much further away for me but I'm returning here for sure.
