Walked in to get help with my cell. Owner was helping an older lady to sort out her tablet. So kind and helpful with her issues. Did not talk above her understanding. When it was my turn, my issue was quickly solved. Turns out I bought a loser phone but was given a work around that makes my phone still usable. And the price was super. Thank you very much. Will return if I have any other issues.

Awesome service! Made sure my phone was in tip top condition to return to Bell - had to replace charge port and mother board. Told me to come in and pay once Bell had accepted the phone and confirmed it...When I went back to pay, charged me so little. Will be taking my laptop there for a tune up.

Really great service. I had the blue screen of death on my computer for half a year now and its been working on and off. I didn't know what was wrong internally and externally. I went to ask and service helped me fix it myself by telling me how I can personally fix it and it worked great!

I waked in to buy thermal paste for a project I was working on. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he handed me a bottle and insisted I take it free of charge as I believe it was something they did not stock, but used frequently for repairs. The man (and lady at the desk) were extremely kind and helpful. I will absolutely return in the future!

Guy is much too busy now. He turned away another customer because he wouldn't help them with their phone and I had to help them instead. He then refused to get a new battery for my computer and kept pushing Windows 11 on me. I most likely won't go back. The guy has changed and he's very stressed now and it shows.
