In the past, our business has been hesitant apply for grants simply due to the difficulty of having little understanding of the application process as well as having the knowledge of different hardwares or softwares to implement depending on the nature of the grant. Simply put, we needed guidance and Rachel from the Digital Service Squad gave us exactly that guidance, specifically with the Digital Transformation Grant and the CDAP grant.
