Amazing team at Cliffe Printing. They take the stress out of your hands from the design process all the way to finish product and/or installation. We use them for many different purposes including vehicle decals, print needs for our office, and graphic design purposes. I reached out to Cliffe Printing with a short run vinyl sticker job. Leanne let me know it would be about a week and a half, but I needed them in a week. She was very kind and said she would see what the team could do. I also had delays on my end for one of the designs I was getting printed, which I was afraid would push the production back, but they managed to get it done as a rush job with a turnaround of 4 business days which was fantastic and an example of going above and beyond! Horrible customer service with brand new customers. Called about a week ago to get information about products I needed printed and was directed to Adam, left a message with him at about 10:30am, he returned my call just before closing, I didn’t get the call and returned his call by 9am the next morning.. and again later in the day around 1-2pm still waiting for him to call me back. No thanks! Business taken elsewhere!
