Very nice place to get your laptop fixed. The technician was patient in explaining all questions asked. The job was very clean and relatively fast. they even have a 30 day warranty. I'd highly recommend for laptop/pc fixes.

I had my laptop repaired at NetPlus. Booting issue. Had hard drive replaced with SSD. The technician Burak was extremely polite and helpful. Kept me updated with the diagnostics, and the repair was done promptly. Reasonable prices. Great service.

I took an exam at this location on weekend since it is one of the Pearson test centers. I selected this one as I guessed it should not be crowded comparing Pearson's own centers. It was really quiet which is absolutey perfect for exam (I am obsessive with noise and easily get distracted during the exam), and the receptionist was really nice and caring.
I believe these types of locations are way better than Pearson's exclusive centers, regarding the quietness....

I took my PMP test on Tuesday and traveled all the way from downtown to ensure stress-free experience, especially after reading many negative reviews about other test centers. This center went above and beyond my expectations.

The staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. The facility was spotless, with clean washrooms, provided lockers with keys, and a quiet, focused environment that was perfect for taking the exam. I encountered no technical issues, the staff ensured a smooth continuation after breaks. Delays after breaks due to lack of timely assistance are a common issue candidates experience, but I had none of that here, which greatly reduced my stress.

I highly recommend this test center to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and supportive environment for their exams.

Had a really good experience taking my exam at this location. Tabith (sorry for the spelling) welcomed and assisted me nicely which relieves some stress in taking the exam. They have lockers with keys, very clean washrooms, and free parking as well. Highly recommended.
