Richard performed a wonderful job on the laptop. Repaired the broken display within a week and when I had ither issues related to software, he helped me out for free. Great guy, amazing knowledge and expertise. Service is Worth the money you pay for.

Richard did an amazing job at fixing my laptop which had a hard drive issue. Not only did he fix the problem but provided great service by upgrading it to a SSD. He's truly a professional with excellent communication and deep knowledge/understanding of computers. He was able to finish the job in just a couple hours and always kept in touch with me along the process. Would 100% recommend to all my friends! Best IT guy in Toronto!

Richard was absolutely amazing!!! From the moment I called, he treated me with respect and was a true professional. He took care of my computer issues (and put me at ease even though I didn’t know all the fancy technology terms)…. He broke everything down for me and explained all outcomes (possible issue and relevant price point). Later that day, he had the job FINISHED!!!! So impressed….
