My spouse randomly searched for a computer repair technician near Markham. Tech Titans had the most 5 star reviews within 15 kilometres from our home. Their hours extended late into the evenings which suited my work schedule. I took a chance and brought her $3100 Dell XPS 17 laptop to Ahmed on a Saturday afternoon. He was personable and appeared reasonable with his cost structure. Trust is an important character for me. I entrusted the laptop with him. He updated with a probable diagnostic on WhatsApp that evening. Ahmed had a confirmed diagnostic on Tuesday. I approved the repair. On Wednesday he needed the computers PIN and password which I provided. On Thursday, he confirmed the coffee spill damage to the motherboard was repaired. I picked up the computer on Friday evening. The total cost was surprisingly low. I will be using Ahmed in the future for computer repairs. Highly recommended without hesitation.

I recently visited this phone and computer shop in Toronto and was thoroughly impressed! The customer service was top-notch - the staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to understand my needs and provided expert advice. The service was prompt and efficient. Hands down, this is the best phone and computer shop in Toronto! Went in with my S23 Ultra with a cracked screen. I needed it replaced to return. They gave me many options with different budgets. Explained the difference with them all and that some of the cheaper options would only be best if I chose to keep my phone. Great guys, easy to deal with and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.

I went to the store for laptop repair. My laptop was not powering on. The staff attended me
Quickly and explained me the issue with the laptop in nice and easy technical terms. Also told me the cost involved and explained me why it cost that much to repair. They gave me the date when I will get my laptop back and I got the laptop back after repair on the same date. The staff is very courteous, helpful and easy to talk. I recommend them if you have any issues with your digital device go to this store. You will not be disappointed.
