I bought a Mac book through Best Buy a few months ago and I couldn't figure out an issue with the administrator password. I reached out to TechCity on the off chance they could help. The customer service was amazing! I will definitely make sure that my next tech purchase is from TechCity.

I sent them 3 emails asking a question about a product they're selling thru Best Buy and they didn't respond. I included a link to the product I had a question about so it was much easier than calling them, which may have yielded results, but why would a company have a "contact us" form yet not respond to people? I will take my business elsewhere.

Pretty floored. Bought a laptop over a month and a half ago from Best Buy website with the third party seller being Tech City. Still not here, I've heard every excuse in the book and now when I tell them I want my money back, they are refusing. Cannot get through on the phone so will be filing complaint with their province and taking legal action if they don't make this right. Would 1000% not recommend.

Sold a refurbished computer and screen is broken. It was shipped and upon opening the box it was broken. Now claim it’s not covered under warranty and want me to pay $200 to fix it. Do not purchase from here. Purchased from Tech City Via Best Buy

I have just visited Tech City on Kennedy and they were amazing! Not only was I able to find all of my tech needs, it was at a great price and the customer service is unmatched by any other location I have ever visited. They have alternative payment methods to help you out as well. Be sure to visit, you won't regret it!

The owner in this shop is the problem, he don't find it important to respect customers as well as his staff. When I went there for the first time he was yelling at his staff infornt of all the customers which is not good. Later, when I went there second time with the problem I encountered with my laptop after taking from them, he did not considered me as his customer and yelled at me as if I was his servent. Later his technician asked me to leave my laptop for that day because his boss was in bad mood, and told me he will fix my problem next day, he did fixed that problem but there were other problems which I never encountered before, with my laptop again when I tried using it at home.I didn't want to see that man's face again although they are responsible to fix my laptop again so i never went there. Never ever take the service from them.
