Shawn was amazing!!! I called Shawn by the phone and he was super nice and in person as well!! 😊 He was the best at helping me replace my laptop screen and also he really didn't have to but he fixed many of my broken board, sides! He truly cares about helping and really goes above and beyond to make sure you're in best hands!!! My laptop was practically falling apart and I had to tape it and Shawn helped fix it so I don't need tape and I am so grateful that I found him!! And pricing wise, better than other places. Superior service! My laptop screen work's so much better than before and much more brighter and clearer which I love 😄

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO TO FOR LAPTOP REPAIRS!!

We bought a second hand computer from the owner, the price is very fair. The owner himself is a technical professional who earned a lot Microsoft hardware and networking professional certificates before. He is reliable and honest. He is always willing to help, very handy guy. His smiling face is an icon and feel welcomed when meet the owner in his cozy store.

I was referred to Shawn by a close friend and had my laptop fixed here. The owner is very nice and offers reasonable prices. This store is located at Splendid China Tower, beside Pacific mall; it's a good choice in the Scarborough area.

Very helpful owner! I came in a rush to buy a laptop for a last minute school assignment and he had a laptop ready for me. He also downloaded the file I needed for my assignment. I would recommend him to everyone. Please support local businesses like this one! I hope I don't run into any computer problems but if I do, this store would be my first and last option.
