I bought an HDMI cable and Fire Stick TV from this store, and both work great. The new owner was very helpful and even fixed my laptop's HDMI port issue. Great service and support, Will visit again

Brought my computer in because of a charging port and keyboard issue and was told he would get back to me by the end of the week with the diagnosis. I did not hear back from them and had to call the following Monday and was advised that my motherboard needed to be repaired.

This was suppose to be an additional 150$ on top of the 80$ quote.
The motherboard repair would add 3 days to the initial repair date.

A week later, again, I had to follow up with them as I did not get a call back and was told that now they cannot repair the motherboard and it needs to be replaced.

Considering how things were handled at this point I told them not to do any work on it. At this point I wanted my laptop back but it wasn't possible as "it was with the technician".

5 weeks in, I retrieve my laptop today and now the disc tray won't open and one of the battery locks is now stuck.

I raised those issues with him and his response was that they screwed the back screws too tightly which is ridiculous. He then proceeds to pry open the stuck battery lock and scratched the bottom of the laptop.

After further inspection, several markings, cracks and scratches on the laptop's body leave me thinking it was most likely dropped.

Furthermore, he suggested that I pay him in cash and upon payment would not provide me with a receipt.

Very shady business.
Abysmal customer service.

Avoid at all cost, this place is a waste of time and financial resources.

i am very upset his services. I got public mobile plan fro this store . the owner of the store did not registered my phone properly thats why i cant get any incoming call one week then I went this store for fix it the owner said this is not his responsibility . so i cant talk with public mobile directly because this store owner did not put my pin number properly. i still i am suffering my phone plan. I cant make a payment through online . because my phone plan is not properly registered.
what can i do now. so i will go tomorrow another store for fix it
