Absolutely garbage company that will crash on you constantly and give you wrong information regarding your accounts and refunds, costing you 1000s of dollars.

Save yourself the headache and go with Moneris or Clover. They will also waste all your time on the phone trying to find answers to simple business questions.

The customer service is terrible and they won't do anything to help your business.

Complete and utter waste of your time 👌

This company is run by fraudsters , got invite to open account with them , used stripe in the past so said lets compare it. first setup process was impossible , reader didnt work, had multiple businesses to bring over , tried to create account as corporation and solo proprietorship and it was impossible to add multiple entities under same profile, also reader doesnt work spent 3 hours with , tried to disable developer mode on the phone but it didnt work. anyways did test transaction and got email that account wasnt approved with no option to reply , tried to use support but cant reach anyone which is very unprofessional for size of company like theirs and money is now locked in the account with no way to contact them support says try to reply to accounts team but email says no reply !!!!!: Alyina

this is very unprofessional message from their support who claims they gave me email but they didnt and email cant be replied , seems they just use chat bots FRAUD again:

DO NOT USE THIS APP TO TRANSFER! Horrible customer service you have to email a rep because they don't have people on the phones to help resolve issues. And when you do finally get a Rep they switch you to different people via email. They ask for extremely sensitive info via email then I get switched off? That's extremely poor way to handle my information not to mention they are giving me an EXTREMELY HARD TIME for me to get MY OWN MONEY BACK because I sent it to an account that isn't linked in error and now it's in limbo somewhere and these people still haven't done anything!!! I've even tried contacting my bank and because this transaction is pending I can't DO A THING!!!! You have been warned, once you press send even in error your money is GONE!! 0 stars if I could!!!

The worst customer service by far I just had my account deactivated for trying to send a little over 500 dollars towards rent and the customer rep or the emailing team replied and said decision is final but it could be to possible high risk or card issuer declines. And I've been dealing with the emailing chain for a little over 2 weeks so I'm still working on the sqaure cash "caught the wrong guy for fraud problem " or the customer service is so ASS it will never be resolved problem

The support is horrible! A friend sent me $20 a week ago, and I have had difficulty retrieving those funds. I have emailed Square app twice because the first person to respond to my email was extremely rude and argumentative! Explained that person three times that I didn't have access to the screens he told me to go to and that the buttons and he told me to push or not active. I have called Square support twice and have not gotten any help. I still have not received those funds. It's a small amount but it's the principle of the thing; where is that money and with a square doing with that? I've had no help and no callbacks!!!

It should NOT be this hard to speak with customer service. Especially when it’s dealing with money. I have a simple question. Reading all of these reviews makes me want to get rid of square and go through all of my transactions through them with a fine tooth comb. Apparently everyone has trouble contacting them. Shame shame on your service. I might be finding another avenue for collecting money, like Apple Pay and such. And today they don’t deserve this one star I have to give just to write this review.

This is a horrible site do not send money because u are just out of money and if u think u are going to speak to speak to someone think again you will have to enter a customer code if you do not have one u will be asked to go creat a. Account sign in and get one . Then it's got to be vaid to sum it all up u will not be able to speak with no one with a vaid customer code .

The word app you can use costumer service nine you can't talk to any body I receive some payments on august and two weeks ago and I haven't been able to get my money can't talk to anybody no Wy to deposit my mo Wy in my bank they just keep working my money is the last time I use this app
