Beware. If you're looking for a simple hassle-free online shopping experience like you're used to, you won't get it with this company.

Placed an order, waited almost a week with no updates. Sent an email to support, got a reply the next day that they tried calling multiple times, but couldn't get through. In reality, they called for the first time on the day after I sent the email.

In their reply, they said they haven't shipped my order because my account is not verified, whatever that means. So I ask them what the verification process is, but instead, they just cancel and refund the order without explaining the process.

It's like they don't want new customers as they treat each new customer like a criminal for no reason.

Anticipating their reply to this review, they're probably going to say that they did tell me to call them back for the verification. That doesn't answer the question about the process. Say I did call them, then what? What are we going to talk about that's going to verify anything?

My suggestion is to buy from another supplier. I've had good experiences with other Mikrotik suppliers who treat their customers with respect and won't bother you with calls for no reason, they just ship your order quickly.

I recently changed service providers and in doing so the wireless bridge between two buildings no longer worked. Hanni helped fix the problem via remote access. Hanni was extremely knowledgeable and in a short period of time had the MikroTik router updated and reconfigured so that our buildings were reconnected. Would definitely recommend their services.

I also had an issue trying to configure an extra service in the router. I e-mailed them for some help and got it right away.
