I have a deep love for Lauries Bistro, Lauries Club Sandwich and let's be honest Laurie in general. I have drafted a petition to have the bistro declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with the Club Sandwich as its most sacred artifact. My heart now forever beats in a permanent "Bistro-Club-Laurie" mantra.

We discovered this sweet spot while traveling through Watson Lake and stopped in for dinner. (It's located in the blue rec center building.) We had a burger (fresh, crisp lettuce and tomato) and rueben sandwich. Both were delicious and each came with yummy handcut fries. Topped dinner off with a caramel brownie which we shared given the generous size. We liked everything so much we returned for coffee and a blueberry pastry the following morning. They were great, too. Laurie's was a delightful surprise. So good.

Came here for lunch with my family during a road trip stop. The food we ordered was tasty and filling, with the smoothies being particularly good. The next time I am in Watson Lake, I will aim to eat here.

Stopped on our way to Whitehorse looking for a quick bite to eat. Took a second to realize that it was inside the rec centre but food was amazing. Portions were huge, fries were fresh, and service was great! Will be stopping here on our way back home.

We are traveling through the area and were looking for a place to eat. The reviews for Laurie's Bistro & Coffee were good. We decided to give it a try and we loved our meals. Great food and great prices!! We loved it soo much that we went back in the morning for coffee and breakfast 😃 Definitely try a tasty treat! Beans burger was delicious, fries homemade, excellent choice of baked goods. Stopped on our way to Whitehorse, right behind the post sign forest. Will come again on nxt trip.
