Always do exactly what I asked for, for a reasonable price. Although they are obviously quite busy, they make sure to take the time to make me feel welcome. They appreciate my business and I appreciate them. In a society where we tend to replace rather than repair, this is a great alternative. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Service and Craftsmanship!

I recently had my Canada Goose jacket repaired at Renueva Clothing, and I must say, the work was absolutely flawless.

The craftsmanship was top-notch—neat, professional, and restored to look as good as new. I was truly impressed by the skill and attention to detail.

What stood out even more was the exceptional customer service.
The owner is incredibly talented, professional, and straightforward—a rare combination of skill and integrity.
She ensured the work was perfect and let the results speak for themselves.
The front receptionist was equally amazing—helpful, friendly, and welcoming, making the entire experience even better.

I would NOT recommend this business. I've had a horrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I brought in 2 items to be altered and the quality of the work was appalling. The seamstress "accidentally" made a 4 inch cut into one of the items and tried to stitch it together and act as if it did not happen. When I complained she denied anything had gone wrong, eventually admitting that she made a mistake. She offered to pay me back and I accepted.

The quality of the work on the second item was also unacceptable. She used dark thread on light pink fabric, there were stitch lines everywhere in all different directions, and threads were hanging off all ends. She is now holding the second item hostage until I give her the item that she ruined or pay her the money that she gave me back for the item that she ruined.

I would like to mention that I have paid her for her work for both items.

When I confronted her and asked for my item back she yelled at me and was very aggressive.

Renueva blows me away everytime. They have fixed so many of my jackets when my puppy ate holes in the pockets. She makes them as good as new!

Do not trust them with anything important! They have ruined my wife's wedding dress! It is hard enough to find the right dress but even more so in Whitehorse and now it is RUINED! The dress needed a few alterations to make it perfect and we got it back with black marks on it, pulls in the delicate fabric, the seams and stitching are no where near straight, the zipper barely works and it DOESN'T FIT!

I'm sure they'd do fine repairing your old work pants or hunting jacket but if you need it to look good, stay away from this place!

We did end up getting a refund for the cost of the alterations but not a chance of recovering the cost of the dress! Hopefully someone else in town can fix this mess!

The staff & owner have always been extremly helpful, repairing everything from a Cars leather floor Matt to Canada Goose coats and kids pants. They are very fair with prices and provide amazing and professional service.

Came here a couple of times, service has been inconsistent. First time was fast, accurate and affordable. Second time was slow, inaccurate and cost significantly more for similar service. The cost of sewing on a button was about 5 times higher a couple months later, and they only attended to 1 instead of the requested 3. Perhaps they charged for all 3, but no receipt was issued with the order so it cannot be confirmed in hindsight. Both times buttons were provided with the clothes during drop off.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and full of positivity and this place is a great option for people with time and absolutely no sewing ability. I have always been satisfied with the quality of their work.

Renew would benefit from better organization, predictable cost for simple, routine services, improved gauging of their workload, and ensuring they provide itemized receipts for their services. If they offer slips, as has been mentioned twice, they should consider being consistent with providing them as I've never received one.

Brought them a prom dress and suit jacket to alter and they screwed both up. Lost a button off a designer jacket and slapped on a different ones, cuffs at different heights, and just rushed work. The dress needed to be hemmed at the front and the 3 layers of tulle look like a pair kitchen scissors has been used to cut it very unevenly. Not impressed, will not be going back. $120 for jacket cuffs and a dress hem that were both botched. I hope they show more attention to detail to their next customers.
