Been living in Ridgeview Village Apartment for 4 years, The building is very quite I rarely hear my neighbors. The building just got freshly repainted and new flooring throughout the hallways and lobby it looks so good and clean. All the staff is very friendly and easy to deal with! Never had such a good experience with landlords before.

Everything was so professional and the process was super easy and explained very well. Debra made sure everything went smooth and all my questions were answered. There was a little gift basket when you move in that has cleaning supplies to start you out and I have never had that anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone as the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

I Lived at Ridgeview from 2010-2012, I started renting again with Ridgeview in 2023. The ladies in the office made the move in process so easy and stress free and my apartment was perfect I was pleasantly surprised to see such improvements

We have been with Ridgeview Village Apartment Homes for almost Plus Four years.First I stayed at 8707-86th Street and now I moved to another location, 8503-85th Ave, managed by Ridgeview as well. My moving out was hassle free. I find this company very professionally run. We really love all the staff people. Whenever we have any problem, they come to fix it ASAP. The guys/girl are always pleasant, respectful and helpful. Their prices are more reasonable than any other company in this town (Fort St John). We always get treated very well. At the end I would like to say Special thanks to two girls in the office and Tejays (he is the best).

They are running a known scam in the Province of BC specific to landlords.

They will frequently have any vehicles from the parking lots towed if they are found to have expired insurance and are working in conjunction with SS Automotive out of Taylor BC.

CBC Go Public has a great article about this provincial wide scam that Ridgeview is happy to make you, their beloved client, a victim of.

Recently moved in. Very pleased with the maintenance. I thought it was really nice receiving a gift(starter cleaning pack ) i have never had that before. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
