There is a nature trail here that I adored. Right time of year. Land and waterbirds, butterflies, flowers, green grass and trees. Water so clear you can see though it.

Friendly welcoming welcome center. My dogs were allowed to come inside and say hello.

Highly recommend stopping here.

Warm and clean lake. Wonderful time spent on the beaches. No dogs at the provincial park, but there are other public access beaches to use. We also rented SUPs and kayaks from the marina for a zip around part of the lake. Will definitely be there again. As a bonus, it was homecoming weekend so we enjoyed live concerts, open air markets and a sunset boat parade.
