Had to visit in branch this weekend (South Slocan) with a bit of difficult and time sensitive scenario! Julia was our Member Service Rep and she provided outstanding, friendly service. Despite the situation being classified above the level to which she was trained, she did everything within her ability to seek assistance and make sure we left the branch happy and having all our business needs met! Thanks Julia for representing KSCU in such a positive way!

If I could rate this lower then 1 star I would. We have been trying to deal with this branch for the last 2 weeks to be approved for a mortgage. After a painfully slow process and being what felt ignored for 2 weeks, the lender has gotten back to us saying there is nothing they can do for us due to 3 reasons. With the reasons she has provided, she should have know for the past 2 weeks while awaiting paperwork that she would not be able to approve us.... dragging us along while we are dealing with a time sensitive case. During these 2 weeks my partner AND realtor had a nightmare trying to contact the lender. With 10 phone calls and an email in 1 day and still unable to get a hold of her. Then she came up with excuses such as she has been trying to call multiple times to get a hold of us. I am still blown away with the unprofessionalism that has been showcased through this branch/their employees. If you want my opinion, save your time and use a different bank.
