depends on what you want done

printing: 10/10, they're great at printing, high quality clear images, true to colour

binding: 0/10, two out of the three binding jobs i had done here were completely botched.

the edge of the paper to the hole is 75% of the ring diameter, which means you cant turn the pages. defeats the purpose of getting something spiral bound

all of the pages are completely destroyed/crinkled. the pages are so damaged that when i took it to another shop they suggested i buy a new book and start over

i do appreciate the offer to rebind the book. i hate leaving a poor review since your printing is excellent, but this was the worst binding job ive ever seen and i frequently have items bound for my job and school

if i had realized that it wasnt done properly before i tried to open it, i would have taken you up on the offer.

unfortunately the pages were so damaged by the poor job, that even if rebinding the book allowed you to actually open it, the pages are still crumpled and poorly punched

although the binding only cost around 5-10$, re-buying the textbooks for 120$ sucked

i would highly suggest measuring the whole punch margin vs the ring diameter to ensure that it is not > 50%, or at the very least trying to open the bound item

also hole punching a page on the edge (so that the hole is hanging off the paper) is a sure way to make the job looks sloppy and ensures the pages will become tattered

Easily the worst "customer service" I've ever experienced. Attempted to get a document printed here and was totally ignored by the employee working. Store completely empty and employee stood 20 feet from counter staring into space while I stood at the counter for several minutes. I said "hello?" and he didn't respond or make eye contact. Avoid this place.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, he switched our files to a different operating system ( is what he told us) the size for every single of the hundreds of greeting cards that we had ordered was messed up from the original files we have had for 5 years.
We brought in the completely messed up cards, told him the issue, he opened up his program and started to hand correct the many mistakes in the cards, we basically had to instruct him how to use his own program as he kept messing it up, we asked for a discount on the cards, as we were in there for nearly two full hours, and he said no because he had “to pay out of his pocket” for a problem he had caused!! Then he started to blame us because he was losing customers of our time we were spending there.
On top of this, the box of greeting cards that were misprints, he did not let us keep them, (I would assume breaks a copyright law since it was our art), because he had to “show the technician”, I assume we will never get those back.
All greeting card files costed me 14 dollars for the initial handling, I have 22 files, so basically we paid 308 dollars for the owner to ruin many cards and not offer us anything in return other then sarcasm.
Have had many problems before and will never come back.

First experience using Gibsons Copy Shop and I am impressed! They created a 4' x 8' sign on Coroplast the same day I requested it as time was of the essence. They are easy to work with and took the time to explain everything.
