As a long time customer of Park Motors I am continually grateful to have them take care of my car, where they are experts I know virtually nothing about the operations of a vehicle. They are honest, caring, efficient and know their business.

Very disappointed with my last encounter there. Used them three times. First time they fixed an issue with a misfiring cylinder and all went well other than having to wait two weeks for an opening in their schedule. Second time was for an oil change and tune up. Picked up the car and other than the receipt, there was no paperwork to say what work they had actually done and the mechanic wasn’t around. Had to call in later and was told what they did but never got anything in writing. Third time I took my car in to get the horn replaced as it had stopped working. $150. Three months later horn isn’t working. Took it back to them and they said the part they’d replaced had crapped out and though under warranty, the supplier wouldn’t send a replacement part without the return of the old one plus they wouldn’t cover the cost of shipping. Rather than get another crappy part, the fellow at Park Road said he’d call Hyundai and get a quote on a part from them. Never heard back from Park Road so I called Hyundai myself and eventually took my car into Vancouver to get the horn replaced. They quoted me $183. While the car is in the dealership shop I get a call from them saying that when Park Road installed the after market horn, they cut the wires in such a way that they were fraying and needed to be repaired and that the wrong connectors had been used. Final bill for that job $304. Not impressed by the shoddy work they did and that I had to pay to get their mistakes fixed. Never going back.

Friendly and fast service. Brought in a small utility tire which is often hard to get repaired. They were right on it and got me a price and expected time of delivery for a replacement. Reasonable price, it was Thursday end of day and will be ready Monday. Happy to find this place which was recommended by a local. Agree with the recommendation! Previously had gone to Canadian tire for a tire repair, which they had quoted 22 days to get in! I wish I had come here!

I hate coming here for propane. If you’re visiting the Sunshine Coast, make sure you come prepared. He over charges for new bottles, is selective with his quality of customer service, and has been consistently one of my least favourite stops when out here for work. Highly recommend bringing enough propane or buying bottles elsewhere. A rip off and a headache all in one visit

We woke up to a flat tire (picked up a nail) and brought in the tire to be repaired around 10am. Although they were busy, they managed to repair it and put it back on our car by 2:30 so we could make the 3:35 sailing. Amazing, kind people, good service and fair price. 🙂

Recently I was travelling for work and had a low tire coming off the ferry at midnight. I called first thing in the morning they put on my spare and repaired my tire while I was working. They had it repaired and changed it back in time to catch the Ipm ferry back to Vancouver. They had a full schedule and did not have to fit me in. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I cant say enough good things, about their customer service.
I would have fully expected to pay an extra fee for emergency service and was pleasantly surprised with a reasonable charge for only the tire repair.
