Feenics provides an outstanding product with their cloud access control platform, KEEP and it is backed by excellent customer service and support. The product is intuitive, uses industry standard non-proprietary open hardware platforms, and requires far less customer training than most other enterprise access control platforms. The sales and support groups at Feenics are always willing to go the extra mile to help ensure customer satisfaction. Great product, great people!

I am a system integrator with main focus on card access/alarms/CCTV systems and am very pleased with Feenics and their support. It is an easy migration to a cloud based card access and the platform simplifies integration with camera systems and alarm systems. You also will find their support and training are excellent as well.

Half-baked product and snarky/unhelpful support.
Ive worked with many systems and I'm continuously surprised at the lack of of even the most basic features. The web client is awful and barely functional, while the windows client UI is frustratingly limited and buggy.
Worse, support's attitude is very much unpleasant.
I do not recommend this company or product.
