At first we thought that Best Buy homes was saving us after a bad experience of buying a used trailer house. But we were wrong. When we first saw the house we were told that a ceiling fan would come with the house, but it did not, and when we brought it up, we were told it just doesn't come with one. Not a big deal, but we've had nothing but issues ever since. We have a broken wall panel that was damaged before we got it, and a missing window screen that we assume fell out on the drive over here. It's been a year since we got the house and we're still trying to get this resolved. Once you get your house, Best Buy homes does not care about you and you get the great displeasure of dealing with Barb from the service department. She is very rude and doesn't call you back when she says she will, and she does not respond to emails. She has zero customer service skills and seems to not care about her job at all, at least from a customers point of view. And unfortunately if you talk to anybody else, they will tell you that Barb is the only one who can help you. We have also recently discovered that the wiring in one of the bedrooms is faulty, we have not told Best Buy about this yet, but it wouldn't do any good anyway because their service department has only ignored us. Do not buy from Best Buy homes, they want to take your money and wash their hands of you.

I have to say that we had a great experience in purchasing our new home from Best Buy Homes. We did have some issues and delays in getting some repairs done . However Best Buy was committed in getting the repairs done. The technicians or repair workers were all great ,very freindly and did an amazing job on the repairs!

In 2012 we bought a home from best buy. And had nothing but problems with it. They accused us of causing the problems ourselves. They are incompetent and crooked as you know what. They should be out of business by now. Please buy from anywhere else. They will screw you I promise.

Best Buy homes are the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They lie to your face,don't fill out the complete contract and then turn around and charge for things that were supposed to be done at no charge. They as crooked as the day is long. STAY AWAY FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE GOING TO SCREW YOU!!!!

Purchased our home a few years ago and very happy with it. All involved with the purchase, the move and placement, contractor who came after the move to make sure everything was up to code after the move and the office team who guided us through the full inspection to ensure our full satisfaction were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Bought my mobile in July of 2019. It was new apparently. There were deficiencies that were supposed to done but never heard from anyone & trying to call was impossible. Never returned my calls! Now the skylights are dripping water & water damage all around! And this is a new home? Really? The shoddy workmanship is unacceptable. Cub boards aren’t even attached. Moldings falling apart & again.. not attached to anything. I’m disgusted with Best Buy that they would rip someone off & couldn’t care less. They got their money so who cares right? Now have to spend my money to fix up things they should have done before they sold it. And the water damage is extensive to the skylights so not a cheap fix. Never again! Don’t even think about buying from Best Buy. They have no pride in workmanship!

Getting anyone out to come fix deficiencies or moving damage is impossible. They do not stand by their product. Can't get anyone to answer a phone or return a call or email.

Nothing but hassle every step of the way. House wasn't levelled when delivered and they still haven't come to do any of the onsite work. (It's been 4 months)
Salesman was rude and kept charging me extra after the fact for additional moving charges when he never even consulted me and .
Have to resort to hiring locals just to make the house livable so we can move in.

Completely disappointing and stressful process. Wish I could say I'm happy with the house.

Great option for first-time buyers, cabin seekers, upsizers and downsizers. The sales staff are great and the friendly delivery teams work hard to place the home just right! Looking forward to purchasing one of their 2 bedrooms for a 4 season cabin getaway in the future!
