These guys are great! If you need coach services, look no further. We travelled with a lacrosse team and over a weekend had three drivers. All three were great. Busses were in great condition and comfortable. Will definitely use again

I'm writing this review to say a HUGE thank you to Exclusive Bus Lines. The bus drivers did such an amazing job taking 250 students and teachers to and from a rural ski hill for our annual ski trip. The driving conditions on the way home were far less than ideal, and they drove in a way that demonstrated they had everyone's safety on their mind. It was so incredibly appreciated and we wish to pass on a thank you to each and every one of them. Beside that, Annie at Exclusive Bus Lines was so easy to communicate with regarding this trip, and in doing so, she eliminated any stress that may otherwise have existed regarding travel. We will definitely be working with them again in the future and I would strongly recommend them for your travel needs.

Edit May 2024: I once again enjoyed the bus experience on our trip to Minneapolis. I was extremely impressed by our driver Gilbert when navigating the narrow city streets and busy freeways as it takes a lot of skill to do so with a big bus. Our other drivers Dave and Ryan were also very knowledgeable of the procedure to cross the border which helped it go smoothly. Thank you and I’m looking forward to traveling with Exclusive again on our school trip to Edmonton next year!

Basketball team in Manitoba. This year alone our bus has not had heat 4 different times. The weather was -30. They sent a “rescue bus” on one of the trips to come pick us up after we waited at a restaurant for 5 hours. When that bus arivied it did not have heat either. They promised on our next trip (which I’m currently on) to send us the best bus in their fleet. Outlets, WiFi, just all around solid bus, and not to mention heat. It did not have any of those. We had to turn around at the boarder and wait for a new bus. Which came and is a great and I had to take my jacket off because the heat was working so well. They should’ve just sent us this bus to begin with. They did not which means they obviously do not care about the well being of their passengers. How they’ve treated us is unethical at best.

My basketball team used exclusive for our long road trips during our season, and multiple times the buses that they sent us on have lost heat. One of these situations, we were returning back to Manitoba from Kansas City during the night and the heat stopped working. We had to drive 15 hours at night during the middle of winter without heat, freezing our butts off. Then to make things worse, after this experience they didn’t even give us their premium bus which we requested for our next trip, rather we received a normal bus which had the heat stop working on us again. Overall it was not a good experience. However, the bus drivers were really great and cared for our wellbeing during all of these situations. I just really wished their buses could be at a high enough standards to match that of their drivers.

Poor option for long range transportation. Smell of fuel fumes in bus plus unsanitary and ill equipped bathroom which now has frozen plumbing as there appears to little to no heat on the bus.

I am revising my initial review up from a 1 to a 3 as despite the poor product that was put out initially, the Company did make great attempts to rectify the issue, both during and after our trip. It is often difficult to control circumstances and things do go wrong but the sign of a good company is how they recover. I still recommend driver training and etiquette though as an upfront issue that could be addressed.

My college basketball team used Exclusive Bus Lines for trips to the US. It’s the middle of winter, and we’ve had four busses lose their heat on 3 different trips. On one trip, our first bus’ heat broke, then they sent us a second bus that also had no working heat. Rather than sending us a great bus for our following trip, they gave us one of the worst busses in their fleet. That one also lost heat. I would not recommend using the services if Exclusive Bus Lines. With that being said, the drivers have all been gems.
