Went to take care of a hold that was placed on my account in the merger after being advised by chat and the 1-800# that a supervisor will call me. No call 24 hours later so I went into the Headingley location to advise them I had to come in as they could not help over the phone or chat. The teller advised that she removed the hold. I checked my balance when I returned home, and my funds were still held.... I had to follow up a 5th time to get it straight. Zero accountability with Access Credit Union.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Nobody there, even higher ups in the company will provide any help to you, and will screw you out of money. Best decision you can make is to open up a new account at a different bank.

I have been dealing with this CU now for the last few weeks. Very slow customer service, very inexperienced staff and terrible attitudes. Guy working at the front desk was flirting blatantly with a female customer who came in. The girl helping me seemed absolutely baffled with how to set up a new debit card with online banking. When I called about my mortgage it took several days for me to hear back from Jasbir. He said he would call me the next day with a solution to my issue and that someone would call me to help me get set up on online banking. Never heard from him, nor did anyone call me to help me set up my online banking. I drove an hour and forty minutes to this branch and spent over an hour there just waiting to get a debit card set up and to get online banking access. Also this CU does not allow you to set up automatic withdrawal. Fail. So far not impressed.. five more years left in this mortgage. Wow..

Been a customer of Headingly branch for over 20 years and several ownership changes. I have gone from a small town friendly credit union to.....
I might as well be dealing with RBC.
The service is lackluster at best and horrible at worst. Unable to reach them by phone at any time apparently.

I have had very good service at the Noventis Credit Union. The only issue I have is that I wish they had longer hours and that they would be open on the weekend. I have used the app on an Android phone (Pixel 2 XL) and it has worked very well.

Lost all my account info prior to the merger. All withdrawals, payments etc.. all gone so I can't see it I paid for something or not...
