Total Moving has been my go for so many moves — both personal and professional — and every single time they’ve been nothing short of amazing. They’re always prompt and easy to deal with, no matter how small or large may be.

Booked 2 weeks in advance, they were prompt to reply and we dealt with Nolan & Trent when we sent our inquiry.

The movers arrived on time(within the 8:00-8:30 window), with correct equipment & footwear to our address.

The boys did a walk through first to figure out organization and even though we weren't the best packers they did a great job at securing everything.

On the day they moved us it was POURING rain, non stop, all day, they hustled to get it done. Move took a bit longer than we expected and we were charged a tad more but not nearly as much as other movers had quoted us.

2 BR house(and lots of yard equipment) filled the truck and they loaded up our car by request and unloaded it as well.

The boys worked straight through barely pausing for a break. Bonus. And appreciated.

They took the quickest route to the new home and we just directed where to put everything. They used mats on to protect floors in both houses. And wrapped up glass cabinets with plastic and blankets. When a door needed to be removed, or railing on stairs, they were equipped with tools to do so.

Thank you, we will use again and really appreciate the transparency and efficiency!

Just hired this company to help move my mom in her semiretirement home. I was so impressed with how clean and organised the team was on such a stressful day. They were such a blessing to our family. I highly recommend this company.

I won't recommend - Paid for two hours of moving, and I got 32 minutes of work.

I booked a move within the same building (different apartments), my estimated quote said : 0 for travel time. Then I booked 2 hours, more than enough for moving my furniture.

The team arrived at the building at 09:20, took a few minutes to park the unnecessary oversized truck, and entered the apartment at 09:28. Based on this, I reasonably expected to have your staff available until at least 11:20 AM.

However, I was surprised when I was told that the work needed to wrap up by 10:00 AM to stay within the two-hour limit. It turns out I was charged for transit and traffic time, which is not what I agreed to.

To be clear, I received only 32 minutes of actual work for a charge of $449.39. The team left at 10:08 AM. I didn’t raise the issue at the time because I was in the middle of a stressful move, and the staff insisted this was stated in the estimate. Now that I’ve had time to review the estimate carefully, I can confirm this condition was not disclosed.

One of the main reasons I hired your company was to handle the furniture assembly efficiently. Ironically, I ended up doing the assembly myself during the afternoon, which I had specifically tried to avoid by hiring your service.

The lack of transparency and the rush to leave were frustrating. I was also told that part of the time was billed for paperwork, driving and TRAFFIC — I hired movers, not clerks or drivers.

I sent an email requesting a refund of 1 hour of work, and so far, no responses have been provided.
