FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. paid good money for a still in box "SS table" and all i got for it was a table top, and shelf not an actual table. did not come with legs. Should of been advertised as "table top with shelf". with the percentage they charge in buyers fee, you expect a little more work put into correctly advertising the product. so, what, next time i need to drive in 2h to open up all the boxes and make sure all the parts are in there before i bid?

Do NOT buy from these guys. I won an item - a Coleman Portable Shelter. As soon as I picked it up, I could tell that it did not have any hardware. See below the posting - they did not even open up the bag in the photo!!!! I called them and they said there is nothing they can do. So straight into the garbage it goes. Unbelievable - purposely putting items in that you can tell the main piece is missing!

UPDATE - even though they suggested in their response to "please feel free to email us at [email protected]" which I did and followed up twice (over two weeks), I have yet to hear back from them. So not only do they purposely put items in the auction that are useless, they try to fake readers into thinking there is customer service!

Had excellent service. Items for auction were well packaged and had good pictures for online viewing and bidding. However, it will still be nice to do a onsite inspection before bidding. Oops to no office hours on Saturday.

Get place and excellant staff, Steve was great and receptionist is great ( sorry I forgot your name), highly recommend inspecting item you want to bid on, onus is on bidder.

Bought a couple mattresses of the auction, new but did have some damages which was clearly marked and pictured. Due to my work hours I cannot get there while they are open so I called on 2 separate occasions to ask someone to take measurements and the 1st time got told they don't do that, 2nd time got told they only answer phones at the Winnipeg location. Decided since they were marked as the sizes our family needed if was an ok price to get, we won them and picked up, damages again were clearly marked and accurate, when we got them home the sizes were completely wrong, spent more than a week trying to talk to someone about the issue, getting transferred all over and told i would get a call back when I never did then when I finally get an answer im told we can't refund or anything but we can re-sell them for you. I have bought stuff in the past and it all went great this experience was so poor and the lack of what seemed to be anyone caring was shocking to the point I doubt I will come back.

I would highly not recommend bringing any household, electronics or smaller items for auction. They now want you to bunch stuff together on pallets which is terrible to show exactly what is being bid on then they double dip, taking $20 per lot even if it sells for less than that, they will also charge you a $20 admin fee on top of that as well. So for an example, say you bring for auction 10 lots and the auction ends and the value each lot turn out to be 100, 25, 25, 10, 10, 30, 5, 5, 10 and 15. Then they take the 20 from each lot, charge you the $20 admin fee then you end up with a measly $15. On top of that, they also charge the seller a 15% buyers fee as well. In the end of this example McDougall makes $270.25 on your stuff, you only get $15. It's absolutely ridiculous!!!! I would stay clear of bringing stuff here, any McDougall location, they all charge with the same structure
