We were very pleased with the service provided by MSC Info Solutions on our recent visit. Our 9-year old desktop computer was very slow. Chirag provided a recap/diagnosis within a few hours. By the next afternoon, he had finished backing up our files, cleaned the hard drive, installed Windows 11, and re-loaded all our files & Chrome bookmarks. It now is much faster and should last for many more years! Thanks Chirag!

My laptop crashed and I didn't have a backup. Photos and important documents were lost. The operating system had apparently been corrupted by malware. Chirag Patel was able to retrieve all my photos and other important information onto a memory stick, reinstall the operating system and also gave me great advice on how to better use my laptop. He put in a lot of time explaining things to me and I am so glad I took my laptop to time!!!

My wife and I came here to buy a laptop, and the owner was very friendly. He gave us all the information to make the right purchase, and zero pressure while going through the process. Great Experience! The owner, Chirag has been very helpful! Being an old school guy, I don't know much about my phone but he backed up everything and set up my new phone with everything same. Over an above, he set up, cleaned up lots of my unwanted applications and email. Most important, someone was using my email in some fake Facebook account which he discovered and deleted. He is marvelous!
