I Very Highly recommend Dale if you are in need of Mac repairs. I received excellent service at a very reasonable price. He was very quick to reply to any messages and he is honest and reliable. For me that means a lot. He brought my daughter's laptop back to life after a pop spill and managed to get it working just like new again. We were sure that it was toast and were hoping for at least a backup of the hard drive if possible but Dale went above and beyond and he managed to save us from having to buy a new laptop as she needs it for college. I highly recommend Dale and will certainly be contacting him if ever we need any more Mac Repairs... He has gained a lifelong customer with us!!

Nothing but great things to say about Dale and his Mac repair service! He was very professional while on the phone and in person and even had contracts for both himself and the client to sign (very legitimate!!). Even though the issue with my computer was not a timely concern, he was able to meet with me, fix my computer, and give a detailed explanation of the problem all within about 24 hours. That was about 3 weeks ago and the computer is still working great!!

Overall, I would definitely suggest giving Dale a call to see what he can do for you about your Mac!

My daughter had just returned to University, and not even a week in, her MacBook keyboard and mouse were unresponsive. As this had happened to her once before, and was repaired by Apple Care, she was frustrated and wanted to purchase a new machine for $1998 Plus tax. I called Dale, and dropped the MacBook off on a Tuesday morning, and he had it repaired by end of day same day. I was able to get it back to my daughter next day. Dale not only understood the urgency of the situation, but also saved us over $1800 from having to replace the machine. I can’t say enough how professional, fair and helpful Dale was with us. If you have a Mac that is in need of repair, or you need the facts in order to make a decision to repair or purchase a new one, Dale is the expert.

I found Dale on Kijiji after my 2009 IMac stopped working. He was very helpful and professional and his customer service is rare in the big repair places. I found his fees to be extremely reasonable. After replacing the hard drive another issue was discovered that would have put the cost above the worth of the computer. He absorbed the loss of his time and labour and didn’t charge me for the hard drive we ordered but kept it for stock. I’m confident that if a computer can be repaired or not his customers will be treated with fairness and empathy.
