Said it would be done in a day on the phone, over two weeks later (and multiple badgering calls) they finally call back, and charge full price, 75$ just to reinstall some drivers. Nothing else was done. The fact it took over two weeks to do something that should take a few minutes is criminal . Terrible service

DO NOT GO HERE. Had my computer for over a year. Every time I called they kept saying call back Monday. Always had an excuse for everything. Avoided my calls, when I showed up for my computer he put a sign on the door and hid. I watched him for when they closed and caught him coming out and he tried to pretend he didn’t work there. Finally got my computer back since a year and a months and it’s in pieces

Was told that I’d have my computer back in a couple days, but ended up getting it back 15 days later. I was charged despite him not figuring out the issue, and I was told not to bring it back since he didn’t know what the problem was.

Negative 5 stars for this place! Had given my PS5 for repair, took them 2 months to do nothing with it. Each week I used to follow up and just got a reply they busy and will work on it next week. Don't waste your time here look for other options. I picked up my PS5 without getting it fixed and they made me feel like I was refusing them fix it. No apologies or anything just gave my console back with a straight face. Ridiculous place!

Took my laptop for a battery change, yet the battery life didn’t last up to 1hr when fully charged. Was told to bring it back, which I did. It was kept unchecked for over 1 month and I had to go get it back. Poor customer service and no value for money!

Been using this crew since it opened. Steve collected a great crew. I have had great experiences with Cathy mostly but Art and Jeff are always helpful. They are all very knowledgeable and very helpful in solving problems and suggesting the wisest purchases for my needs
