If I could rate this place a zero I would , I would NOT trust this place with your expensive clothing. I dropped a Bape OVO sweater off and it got absolutely ruined, holes all over the sleeves and a huge hole in the wrist cuff. Not to mention I dropped this sweater off for what I thought was “dry cleaning” I was paying $25 3 times for this guy to actually throw my sweater in the washer and put dish wash soap on it “as he now claims”
When I brought the issue up to him he claimed they were there before even after I showed photos that those holes weren’t there before. The only resolution he could give me for my $2000 sweater was giving me $10 back to bring it somewhere else to patch the holes. I truly truly do not recommend this place to anybody.

I trusted this place with my $2,000 Bape OVO sweater, only to get it back completely ruined—holes all over the sleeves and a massive tear in the wrist cuff. I paid $25 three times for what I thought was dry cleaning, only to find out the owner threw it in a regular washer with dish soap!

When I showed him proof that the damage wasn’t there before, he denied responsibility and offered me a pathetic $10 refund to “get it patched somewhere else.” No apology, no real solution—just complete disregard for my item.

If you care about your clothes, DO NOT bring them here.

After multiple summers of going to Colonial Laundromat I wanted to explain why there. The absolute on going quality of the machines is so important. The presence of an attendant being available for making change and answering any queries is a real comfort. The cleanliness of the premises, the availability of carts for wet laundry transfers and the comfort of multiple chairs to sit on makes this spot a real bonus. The owners are such gracious, polite and interesting people and always so welcoming. Who can ask for anything more and how lucky are we to have such a pleasant spot to do our laundry in..

I have been to this laundry mat for years even when I moved to Welland I still rather come here. The lady who said there was rust marks on her sheets, I am sorry but I don't believe that. The owner is the nicest man you will ever meet. He is kind and very respectful. I remember when the power went out his wife gave me a drink. Also when one of the machines broke she gave me money to put in another washer. hands down the best place to do your laundry

Great place to do laundry. Owners are extremely friendly and helpful (and are also there for all 'open hours' so I have never had an issue with theft or anything). Clean facility, nice washers and dryers. Always washers available, and have never had an issue with any machines. Have been going here for years on and off, and it is by far the best laundromat in the area.
